Concrete Poems Anchor Chart
Ready to introduce your students to concrete poems? Use this anchor chart as a model to create one together or use it as a reference guide. In the center, there is a concrete poem in the shape of a spiral. The poem connects to that shape, since all concrete poems should connect the shape and the theme. There are many shapes students can choose from. Choose a set of shapes purposefully or allow students to make choices based on which shapes will help them feel more inspired to write poetry.
