ReadingVine Weekly Book Giveaway — Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

These are the official rules for the ReadingVine Weekly Book Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By entering, you agree to these rules.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by ReadingVine (readingvine.com). Questions about the Giveaway can be sent to [email protected].

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of ReadingVine and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

Each Giveaway runs for one week, beginning on the start date and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the end date posted on the Giveaway page.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the active Giveaway page on readingvine.com, sign in with a Google account, and click the “Enter Contest” button. You may only enter once per giveaway. Additional entries will be ignored.

5. Prize

One winner per Giveaway will receive the book featured on that week’s Giveaway page. Approximate retail value is under $30. The prize will be shipped to a U.S. mailing address provided by the winner. No cash or other substitution will be offered, except at ReadingVine’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. The drawing will take place within seven days after the Giveaway ends.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address associated with the Google account used to enter. The winner has seven (7) days from the date the notification is sent to respond with a U.S. mailing address. If the winner does not respond within seven days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Sponsored Giveaways

From time to time, a Giveaway may be sponsored by a third party such as a book publisher or author. When a Giveaway is sponsored, the following will apply:

• The sponsor will be identified by name on the Giveaway entry page.
• By entering a sponsored Giveaway, you agree that ReadingVine may share your name and email address with the third-party sponsor for that specific Giveaway.
• The sponsor may use your information to contact you about their books, products, or services in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• You can unsubscribe from any sponsor communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in their emails.
• If you do not wish to share your information with a sponsor, simply do not enter that week’s Giveaway.

Non-sponsored Giveaways do not involve any third-party data sharing.

9. General Conditions

ReadingVine reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. ReadingVine reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any factor impairs its fair administration.

10. Privacy

Information collected during entry (your name and email from Google sign-in) will be used to administer the Giveaway and added to the ReadingVine email list. You can unsubscribe at any time. ReadingVine will not sell your information to third parties. See our privacy policy for full details.

11. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or any other platform on which it may be promoted.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release ReadingVine from any and all liability for claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of the prize.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ReadingVine is based (Tennessee), without regard to conflict of law principles.
