Action Verb Paragraph Search Activity

This action verb handout gives students an opportunity to read a five-sentence paragraph about an athlete who is training for competition. As students read, they'll circle or underline action words that show what the athlete is doing. This worksheet is wonderful for independent work or collaboration.
