Niagra Cinquain Poem Worksheet
The creator of cinquain poetry wrote many poems herself. Analyzing her cinquains is a good way to reinforce the structure, syllable count, and themes of cinquains. In this one-page worksheet, students will analyze a cinquain. They should read the poem several times and then respond to the three questions. One question asks them to define vocabulary, the other requires that they draw, and the final question demands that students use their critical thinking skills to determine why the title of the poem is meaningful.
