Passage
Sophie plays with her new kitten. The kitten is little and black. The kitten loves to play. Sophie loves to play. They play all day.
Mom said, “It is time for your nap.”
“No!” Sophie said “I do not want to take a nap!”
“Yes,” Mom said. “Go to bed. You need to take a nap.”
Sophie is in bed but she is not happy. She wants to play.
“Look!” Mom said. The kitten jumped on the bed and sat by Sophie. “It is time for the kitten to take a nap too!”
Now Sophie is happy. “I’d love to take a nap now!”
