Acrostic Poem Template

What does home mean to your students? This is a great way to find out! This single-page worksheet asks students to write an acrostic poem using the word "home." First, have students brainstorm by writing down their ideas or sharing in small groups so that they can determine unique ideas to write for each of the four letters. For students who are creatively inclined, differentiate for them by allowing them to color a graphic or drawing that will aid the understanding of their acrostic poem.
