B Capital B in Cursive
- Start at the top line with a downward stroke to the baseline
- Curve back up to create the first bump (about halfway up)
- Continue curving to create the second, larger bump
- End with a small tail that connects to the next letter
b Lowercase b in Cursive
- Start with an upward stroke from the baseline
- Loop up to the top line and curve back down
- At the baseline, curve up into a small bump
- Exit with a connecting stroke toward the next letter
💡 Practice Tip
The lowercase cursive b is one of the trickier letters because of its tall loop. Start by practicing the loop motion separately, then combine it with the bump. Use the dotted-line worksheets below to build muscle memory.
